BOARD OF DIRECTORS
IHELP’s Board of Directors is made up of community members who have a great commitment to the work of IHELP and the St. Louis immigrant community. Board Members are responsible for establishing policy and strategic direction, as well as creating opportunities and cultivating relationships that advance our mission and cause.
BOARD VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES
Board of Directors Member:
Ability to participate in bi-monthly BOD meetings, held on the 3rd Wednesday of the month in the evening
Participate on at least one of the following BOD Committees: Communications, Finance, Governance, Resource Development
Give of your time, talent, and treasure to advance the mission of IHELP
We will be accepting applications for board membership in January 2025. We are always ready to talk to interested individuals.

Young Friends Board
We’re looking for new members!
What is the Young Friends Board?
The Young Friends Board helps raise awareness of and support for the programs and services of IHELP through fundraisers, volunteer opportunities, and networking events.
This Board is responsible for planning and holding one of our annual fundraising events.
It’s a great opportunity to learn about board membership and network with other members and with the Board of Directors.
Who is on the Young Friends Board?
Membership Requirements
Between the ages of 21 and 35
Undergraduate degree or employed in a professional capacity
Strong desire to engage with and support the international community in St. Louis
