Unite Us

Unite Us is an online system that builds coordinated care networks of health and social service providers. IHELP utilizes this platform to better serve our students. Through this link, you can request a referral for yourself or your student to a wide variety of services including food assistance, employment services, or benefits navigation assistance.  Use this link if you know the need of the student, but do not know how to find a resource for them.  An IHELP Program Coordinator will see your request and connect the person in need of assistance with the appropriate organizations.
