BOARD OF DIRECTORS

IHELP’s Board of Directors is made up of community members who have a great commitment to the work of IHELP and the St. Louis immigrant community. Board Members are responsible for establishing policy and strategic direction, as well as creating opportunities and cultivating relationships that advance our mission and cause.

BOARD VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES

Board of Directors Member:

• Ability to participate in bi-monthly BOD meetings, held on the 3rd Wednesday of the month in the evening

• Participate on at least one of the following BOD Committees: Communications, Finance, Governance, Resource Development

• Give of your time, talent, and treasure to advance the mission of IHELP

Young Friends Board

IHELP is starting a Young Professionals Board!

The Young Friends Board will raise awareness of and support for the programs and services of IHELP. This will be done through fundraisers, volunteer opportunities, and networking events.

Membership Requirements

• Between the ages of 21 and 35

• Undergraduate degree or employed in a professional capacity

• Strong desire to engage with and support the international community in St. Louis
